The investigation disclosed the victim was outside of an apartment complex when an argument transpired near a vehicle. During this time, an occupant of this vehicle became upset and struck the victim with an unknown object. From this assault, the victim immediately collapsed and was later transported to a nearby hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
