Description: Arrest : Fleeing In Motor Vehicle; A Deputy Attempted To Stop A Driver For Erratic Driving, And He Fled. Eventually He Stopped. The Deputy Ordered The Driver To Throw They Keys Out The Window. The Man Complied But Stated He Was A Paraplegic And Could Not Exit The Vehicle. Deputies Assembled His Wheelchair And Put Him In It. After Investigating, The Male Had A $100K Warrant For Prohibited Person With A Firearm Out Of Hennepin County. He Was Arrested.
