At approximately 7:40 a.M., south precinct officers were dispatched to 824 cable car court on report of a person shot. Officers arrived on the scene and observed a male lying unresponsive in a silver sedan suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Birmingham fire and rescue personnel arrived on the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. The preliminary investigation suggests a community member arrived home and found the victim in the parking lot. The shooting is believed to have taken place any time between the previous night to this morning when the community member discovered the victim.Agency
