Ms. Kuhens Was Released On A Personal Recognizance Bond, A 39 Year Old Suspect Was Arrested For Being A Fugitive From Justice On A Failure To Appear Warrant Out Of Washington County Ohio And Obstructing An Officer And A 29 Year Old Suspect Was Arrested On A Capias Or Failure To Appear Warrant Out Of Wood County Magistrate Court For A Charge Of Shoplifting 2Nd Offense And Was Released After Accepting A Plea To The Original Charge.
