Walter scott cook, 20, and demony michael hughes, 24, were both shot,officers responding to the location for a report of shots fired found cook deceased and hughes suffering from a gunshot wound. hughes told police they were waiting for someone to arrive so they could go to a club in baltimore. for a while, they passed the time waiting at the basketball court in the rear of the buildings.
