Description: The Victim Who Stated That She Had Engaged In A Verbal Altercation With The Defendant When He Returned Home From Playing Poker. The Victim Reported That During The Course Of The Altercation, The Defendant Threw Her To The Ground And Repeatedly Struck Her In The Face. Officers Observed That The Victim Had Sustained Injuries To Her Right Eye And Neck Area. The Defendant Was Taken Into Custody And Transported To City Headquarters For Arraignment.
