Description: On September 16, 2024, at approximately 10:57 PM, the Chambersburg Police were called to 132 Lincoln Way West for a deceased male. When officers arrived, a 22-year-old male was located lying inside the apartment. The male was found with what appeared to be a gunshot wound and other injuries consistent with a physical assault. Chambersburg Police detectives were called in to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death. While patrol officers began speaking with residents in the area, detectives began reviewing any available video footage. While reviewing the video, they were able to locate a dark blue BMW SUV that had left the vicinity of the incident. They were also able to observe two black males on video. The SUV was eventually tracked to the area of Woodstock Rd. where it was last observed heading east. A Pennsylvania registration was obtained for the SUV. As the investigation continued, a person of interest was identified
