Description: A Resident Reported A Reckless Driver Doing Burnouts In The Cul-De-Sac. The Deputy Arrived And A Surveillance Camera Caught The Incident So He Reviewed The Tapes And Identified The Suspect And Vehicle. On Tape, A Person Was Also Seen Ejected From The Vehicle During The Burnouts. Deputies Went And Located The Suspect. The Suspect Admitted To Doing The Burnouts. He Appeared Impaired. Field Sobriety Tests Were Failed. He Was Arrested.
