Victim Was Instructed To Withdraw Money From Her Bank And Use It To Buy Gift Cards In Order To Not Be Arrested. Duncan Went To Multiple Locations And Purchased A Total Of $4,280 In Apple And Target Gift Cards. The Numbers On The Gift Cards Were Provided To The Suspect.
