Description: Suspicious Circumstances. Officers were dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance. As they walked down the alley to check the rear of the dispatched address, they located an occupied vehicle. As officers approached, a male suspect fled from the driver's seat of the vehicle while holding a rifle in his hands. This male was later found to have a warrant for his arrest. Officers were unable to locate the suspect as of this report.
