Description: Dwi 4Th Degree; A Deputy Observed A Vehicle Driving Through Closed Portions Of Hwy 65 And Crash Into A Large Pile Of Rocks. He Went To Assist. The Driver Appeared Impaired And Was Mumbling. When Asked What She Was Doing She Thought Everyone Was Just Driving Around The Barricades. She Smelled Like Alcohol. While Looking In Her Vehicle, The Deputy Observed An Open Bottle Of Cuervo, Meth Pipe, A Dugout, And Marijuana. Due To Injuries, She Was Checked Out By Allina And Not Able To Do Field Sobriety Tests. A Warrant For Blood Was Obtained And She Was Arrested.
