On june 19, 2020, at about 1:00am the rochester police department responded to 1226 n. Clinton ave. For the report of a male that had been shot. Upon arrival officers found willie carter iv suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Officers rendered first aid until ems could transport carter to the hospital. Shortly after arrival carter was pronounced dead. Willie carter iv was only 17-years old when he was gunned down in a busy rochester, ny intersection.
