Description: The Vehicle Had An Expired Registration For Over 6 Months. Upon Contacting The Driver, She Provided Her License Which Was Later Determined To Be Suspended Via Dispatch. Additionally, The Driver Was Driving Her 4 Yearold Niece, Who Was Seated In The Rear Passenger Seat Behind The Driver'S Seat. The 4 Year-Old Was Not In A Proper Car Seat And Was Seat Belted In By The Seatbelt With The Shoulder Harness Placed Behind Her Back. The Driver Was Cited And The Vehicle Was Released To A Licensed Driver At The Scene.
