Description: An Individual Ran Up And Lit What Appeared To Be A Large Mortar-Style Firework, Put It Into The Porta-Potty And Two Explosions Were Seen From The Bottom Of The Unit. The Suspect Then Ran Back To The Vehicle And The Vehicle Left The Area. The Vehicle Returned And The Entire Process Was Repeated With A Second Mortar-Style Firework. Nothing Further Was Noted.
