Description: At approximately 0630 hours, the Jacksonville Beach Police Department was contacted about a suspicious person in the backyard of a residence in the 1000 block of 2nd Street North. Upon arrival, officers contacted a suspect matching the description who was exiting the property. While investigating the incident, three more incidents were reported to police. The three other incidents involved the following: Burglary to occupied dwelling/Battery – 810.02(3)(a)/784.08 (CCR 24-2039) Loitering Prowling – 856.021 (CCR 24-2037) Exposure of sexual organs – 800.03 (CCR 24-2038) The suspect has been arrested for the above incidents.
