Description: Officers Responded To A Report That A Suspect Armed With A Bat Was Chasing A Victim Down The Street, But The Suspect Was Gone Upon Their Arrival. During Their Investigation They Learned That The Suspect Had Attempted To Hit The Victim With His Vehicle And Then Exited The Vehicle Holding A Baseball Bat.
