Description: The university police department said in an alert that it was notified soon after of an “on campus armed person“ at the intersection of University Avenue and Towsontown Boulevard, which was temporarily closed by police. Baltimore County Police and Towson University Police took the man into custody at the scene. He was arrested and charged with robbery, first-degree assault and “other theft-related charges,” said county police spokesperson Trae Corbin.
