The Juvenile Was Originally Accused Of Harassing The Man`S Wife On A Previous Date But Was Mistaken. The Male Was Holding A Pocketknife But Did Not Threaten The Juvenile With It Or Place The Juvenile In Fear. The Juvenile`S Mother And The Adult Male Were Able To Speak And Settle The Matter.
