Description: EVADING ARREST DET CAUSE SBI. Officers were dispatched to moving disturbance where a theft had just occurred. Officers were able to make contact with the victim that followed the suspect vehicle and they pulled into their driveway. Victim was able to retrieve the stolen articles that were stolen from the bed of his truck but wanted to press charges. Suspect ran inside the residence when officers were attempting to detain them. While doing a follow up, officer observed the same suspects outside and they ran inside when told to stop.
