On october 31, 2007, miles day sawvel iii was murdered during a home invasion robbery in palm shores. Miles sawvel, 34, and his girlfriend got home around noon on wednesday to find two men inside their home on us-1 in cocoa. At least one of the men pulled a gun and shot sawvel.
