On december 10, 2021, officers responded to 6430 rivertrail circle after a family member of alphonso lewis reported finding him unresponsive in his apartment. When officers arrived on scene, they located mr. Lewis lying on the floor with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
