On july 4, 2006, at approximately 10:18p.M., in front of 6203 hialeah street, the victim was found dead on the sidewalk. A witness observed the victim walking alone on the sidewalk when (2) unknown black males approached him driving a red compact car. As the witness turned to walk away he heard gunshots and turned around to see the unknown black males run back to the red car and flee the area. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wound.
