On may 28, 2003, tony andrade cruz , age 83, was reported missing by his family. Tony cruz was last seen between 6 and 8 a.M. Leaving his residence at 1229 tenth avenue. The woman he lived with indicated that cruz went to a nearby post office (ninth and e street) to mail some bills. Tony cruz has not been seen or heard from since.Agency
