LARCENY. Deputies responded to the Cumberland farms convenience store located at 1251 Providence Blvd. regarding a shoplifting that just occurred. The store clerk R1 stated she observed a white male, later identified as D1 place two 24-oz. Four Loko alcoholic beverage in his pockets, walk past all points of sale, and exit the store after being told by R1 to stop. Deputies located D1 riding a bicycle east on Providence Blvd. D1 was ordered to stop, which he refused and continued to flee. D1 dumped his bicycle and was captured after a short foot chase at 780 Saxon Blvd. D1, who was still in possession of the stolen items, was positively identified by R1 through a show-up. D1 was arrested for petit theft (third subsequent offense), resisting arrest without violence and violation of probation (see VCSO case number 18-29417) V1 Cumberland Farms 1251 Providence Blvd. Deltona R1 Alexandria Cardona H/F 06-05-1988; 1251 Providence Blvd. Deltona D1 Michael Firda W/M 01-31-1973; 396 E.
