Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in thursday night’s homicide as ashod edwards, 18, of richmond. Thursday night at approximately 11:48 p.M., richmond police officers were called to the 1500 block of jennie scher road for the report of random gunfire. Officers arrived and found an adult male, edwards, with apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
