On march 9, 2002, at approximately 2304 hours, lvmpd patrol officers responded to the paradise spa apartments located at 9457 south las vegas boulevard, las vegas, nevada regarding a car-to-car shooting. Officers discovered the rear passenger in a 1962 green chevrolet impala had been shot twice causing his death. The front passenger in the vehicle was also shot, he was transported to the hospital and survived. Detectives determined the green chevrolet pulled into a convenience store and gas station at 780 e. Pyle street to buy cigarettes and talk to females. Two cars followed the chevrolet out of the parking lot and shot at the occupants of the chevy. The vehicles were described as a white sedan possibly a buick regal and a dark red sedan possibly a lincoln.
