On sunday, november 29, 1998 at 5:55 pm, pauline thomas and delores thomas were seated at the top of a stairway at 9948 and w. Fond du lac ave waiting for a bus to take delores home. Delores had been visiting her family over the thanksgiving weekend and was going back home. Pauline thomas agreed to wait with her sister at the bus stop, which was located directly in front of their residence. While sitting at the top of the stairs, a suspect came from behind these victims, firing gunshots at both of them. Delores was pronounced deceased from her gunshots wounds on the scene, while pauline later died during surgery.Agency
