Officers responded to 12690 east colfax avenue on the report of a shooting. Witnesses advised the victim pulled up facing eastbound into the conoco lot and then went inside to buy cigarettes. The victim was alone. A dark colored durango with tinted windows pulled up facing westbound next to the victim's car. Two hispanic males exchanged words with the victim in spanish. After that, one of the suspects pulled out a gun from his waistband. The victim attempted to get in his car, but the suspect fired two shots at the victim, striking him.
