On october 6, 2009, at approximately 2026 hours, jackson was found suffering a gunshot wound in the front yard of his relatives home located at 2703 w. Weaver road. When officers arrived, jackson was face down in the grass of the front yard. Jackson was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.Agency
