On april 1, 2005, 33-year-old priteshkumar “pat” amin was killed while working in his convenience store located at 201 sr 542 in dundee. Surveillance video shows that at approximately 7:10 a.M. That morning, a dark-colored, late model gmc yukon (seen in the photo here) backed up to the front door of the store. Four young black male suspects exited the vehicle and went inside the store. A gunshot can heard on the video, and shortly thereafter, the four suspects exit the store and leave in the yukon. A customer found amin behind the counter. He had been shot in the chest. Amin was known to keep large amounts of cash in the store to cash paychecks for customers.
