On april 18th, 2001 at 8:54 p.M. Rpd officers responded to the report of a suspicious condition at 18 burbank st. , a vacant house. Inside officers found mr. Irvin, obviously deceased from at least 1 gunshot wound. The circumstances surrounding his death are unknown.
