David "Donny" pichosky and rochelle wise were located deceased inside of their residence at 926 ne 25 avenue hallandale beach, florida on january 10, 2013. The investigation revealed donny and rochelle electronically communicated with some family members the morning of january 9, 2013. At 12 noon, donny and rochelle were scheduled to pick up some friends in hallandale beach then travel to a restaurant in the north part of broward county. Donny and rochelle never made it to this lunch appointment. The investigation also revealed video near the incident location depicting what appears to be a heavy set female walking between town houses at the time of the incident. The female has not been identified. Police say that robbery may have been a motive as rochelle wise's $16,000 diamond ring is missing.
