Luis raya was last seen on june 14, 2014 at about 8:30 p.M. At his home in arcata by family members. Raya was no longer at the home when family members returned to the residence later that evening. Raya reportedly worked at a marijuana farm in miranda and was possibly seen in june or july of 2014 in the southern humboldt area. On august 10, 2014, skeletal remains belonging to raya were discovered at cuneo creek state park near bull creek.Agency
