Description: The Juvenile Male Suspect (14 Years Old) Was Known To The Victim. During The Incident, The Juvenile Male Suspect Asked The Victim For A Ride To Another Location In Frederick City - The Victim Agreed. When The Victim Arrived At That Location, The Juvenile Male Suspect Displayed A Knife And Told The Victim He Was Taking The Keys To The Vehicle. When The Victim Refused, The Juvenile Male Suspect Attempted To Stab The Victim With The Knife Before Exiting The Vehicle And Fleeing From The Scene.
