Arrest - STATE ROAD 292, MOBILE, AL - 11/14/2009

Seth Dickison Jr., of Lillian, Ala., lost control of his car and hit a motorcyclist. Andrew C. Helber was killed after his motorcycle flipped. Authorities say Dickison had a blood alcohol level of .137 percent. He has been charged with DUI manslaughter.
