The evening of Oct. 8, Fenter allegedly entered the Bank of America at 101 S. Ninth St. in Tacoma and approached the assistant manager saying that he represented a group of people who are angry with the government, Burroughs said. The robber said he had a bomb and ordered an employee to fill a bag with money. Another employee called 911 and officers surrounded the bank.
