Roof top, Outside University One Apts., 1 E. University Parkway – On July 5th at 8:50 PM, a JHH employee was struck in the head by one of several water-filled balloons thrown from the roof of the Carlton Apts. (3507 N. Charles St.). No injuries. On arrival, campus officers found no one on the roof. The roof is accessible by any resident of the building.
