Arrest - CARROLL CREEK LINEAR PARK, FREDERICK, MD

10/03/2012 02:15 PM. Subject arrested for disorderly conduct on Carroll Creek On 10//03/12 at approximately 1415 hours officers Gunder and Chiarvalloti were on foot patrol on Carroll Creek Linear Park. As the officers were speaking with a citizen a male subject began to yell profanities at the citizen. Officer Gunder advised the subject to stop using profanities and leave the area. A few minutes later the same subject was heard yelling profanities at Department of Public Works employees and was moving towards them. One of the city employees was disturbed and frightened by the subject’s behavior. The subject was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to central booking.
