Theft - 12TH ST / E ST, SACRAMENTO, CA

10/02/2012 10:17 AM. A subject who recently had his bicycle stolen saw a subject riding his stolen bike. The victim demanded his bike back and a physical altercation ensued. A second suspect also got involved in the altercation and they overpowered/physically assaulted the victim. One suspect fled on the bike and the other fled on foot. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and a report was taken. Case number: 12-272401.
