Theft - 28XX WIESE WAY, SACRAMENTO, CA

09/26/2012 11:34 AM. Police were called regarding an apparent attempted theft of marijuana. Two subjects were confronted by the resident as they entered into his backyard. The subjects were scared off and fled the area. Officers arrived and found a small, legal, medical marijuana grow in the victim’s backyard. Case number: 12-266775.
