Arrest - 4XX E. STONEWALL STREET, CHARLOTTE, NC

Tuesday, September 4, 2012, On Tuesday, September 4, 2012, as of 4:00 p.m., the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested three individuals involved in unlawful demonstration activities. The individuals arrested include; · Paul G. Davis, DOB: 12/05/1968. Mr. Davis was arrested at 721 N. Tryon Street and charged with disorderly conduct and dispersal of a noxious substance at 10:13 a.m. The substance was determined to be a green dye. No one was injured during the incident. · Dylan W. Wrynn, DOB: 11/17/1969, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 721 N. Tryon Street at 10:13 a.m. · John Rhodes Penley, DOB: 05/03/1952, was arrested and charged with breaching a police line and barricade at 400 E. Stonewall Street at 12:21 p.m. View Source.
