Arrest on 1800 BLOCK OF BIRCHBAY CT., FREDERICK, MD

Three arrested by Frederick Police on CDS charges-12-055401 On 09-03-12, at approximately 2209 hours, OFC John Hoxie was dispatched to call for service in the area of 1800 block of Birchbay Ct. As he was investigating an unrelated Destruction of Property call, he noticed several individuals near some automobiles. Initially believing these individuals may have been involved in that call, he approached them and spoke to them near their vehicles. While doing so, he discovered three of the individuals were in possession of a quantity of marijuana and paraphernalia, which was in plain sight inside of their vehicles. The three males were identified as followed and transported to Central Booking for processing. They were awaiting bond hearings at the time of this release.
