08/18/2012 05:50 PM. An Elkton, Md., man who was at an Acme Market was bludgeoned to death in front of shoppers by another customer described as a “total stranger,” police said today. The alleged assailant was identified as 42-year-old Troy Kelly, of the North East area. He was captured Saturday in the 200 block of Bridge Street, a short distance from the store at the Big Elk Mall, Elkton Police Lt. Joseph Zurolo said. View Source.
