Robbery - 35XX N FREEWAY BLVD, SACRAMENTO, CA

08/08/2012 07:16 PM. Police responded to a report of a suspect being chased by a Loss Prevention Officer (LPO) at a local business. Officers arrived and arrested Robert Ramos, 19. They found that Ramos entered the store, selected numerous items and left without paying. He was then confronted by a LPO and a fight ensued. Ramos punched the LPO and also used a branch he grabbed from a nearby tree in the assault. Ramos was booked for assault with a deadly weapon and robbery. The LPO sustained minor injuries in the attack. Case number: 12-217618.
