On Friday August 3, 2012 at approximately 2046 hours officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 100 block of Featherstone Place for the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival officers contacted a neighbor who saw a group of subjects enter a vacant house. Officers located the house and made entry through an open window. Inside they found 4 subjects. Officers discovered that the subjects had entered the house without permission as it was not currently occupied by the homeowner. All four subjects were placed under arrest and taken to central booking for a hearing before a District Court Commissioner. The house was not damaged during the burglary.
