On 07/12/2012, at approximately 2030, the Frederick Police Drug Enforcement Unit served a search and seizure warrant in a garage located 40 East 6th Street, which is the location where Scott purchased the marijuana from Smith. During the search officers recovered cocaine, marijuana, and paraphernalia. Smith was arrested and taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center to appear before a District Court commissioner.
