Assault - 21XX VICTORIAN AVENUE, SPARKS, NV

07/22/2012 03:23 AM. On July 22, 2012 at about 0323 hours, a Sparks Police Officer was investigating an incident at the Rail City Casino. He was contacted by security advising him there was a male suffering from multiple stab wounds at the cashier's cage. The first incident and the stabbing are not related. During the investigation, it was learned that the male was attempting to stop an altercation in the area of 21st and Victorian outside the Oasis Nightclub when he was stabbed repeatedly by an unidentified Latino. The Oasis Nightclub is located at 2100 Victorian Ave. The suspect was described as being approximately 6 feet tall and 230 pounds male with a military style haircut. His approximate age is his late 20's to early 30's. At the time of the incident he was wearing a tight-fitting black shirt and dark blue jeans. He was seen leaving the area with another Latino male.
