A Shenandoah County sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a 34-year-old Woodstock man Friday night after the deputy was stabbed in the neck. Deputies and officers from the Woodstock Police Department were dispatched to 330 Shaffer St. shortly before 9 p.m. for a reported disturbance, according to a news release. A male armed with a knife and refusing commands confronted them outside.
