Baltimore police are investigating two disturbances involving juveniles. City police said juveniles attacked a federal employee in Hopkins Plaza in downtown at about 7 a.m. Thursday. On Wednesday, police said an attack took place involving juveniles in the area of Charles and Lombard streets. It was not known whether the two incidents are connected. Investigators are reviewing Citiwatch cameras in an effort to determine what happened. View Source.
