Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to identify the individual connected to the April 27th bank robbery of Mt. Washington Bank at 489 Gallivan Blvd in Dorchester. On April 27, 2012 at approximately 3:11 pm, the suspect pictured below robbed the Mt. Washington Bank. Officers responded to the bank and spoke with witnesses who described the suspect as a white male, 5’11”, light brown hair, wearing a Red Sox hat and a light gray sweatshirt. Witnesses stated that he fled through a yard on Granville Street then onto Milton Ave. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Bank Robbery Task Force at 617-223-6407. Community members who wish to provide anonymous information are encouraged to contact the CrimeStoppers Unit at 1-800-494-TIPS or text the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME.
